Please email us at pentlandsopenstudios@gmail.com attaching the followng:

1)      Five images that best represent your recent work:

a.      One artwork image will be used for the ‘brochure’ leaflet showing artist venues and map. But we need four artwork images total for the website. 
b.      One image should be an ‘artist at work’ shot with the artist filling most of the frame. This will be used for the website
c.      All images should have been taken within the last two years.
d.      All images should be sized to be at least 1500 pixels along their longest dimension.
e.      Ensure all image filenames include the artist’s name so we know them as your work.
f.        Acceptable image file formats are JPEG and PNG. No other formats are acceptable.
g.       Images must be attachments and NOT embedded in the email. Please DO NOT send links from where images can be downloaded.
h.      Ensure that you have permission to use the photograph if you did not take them.

2)      Recent CV:

a.      No more than two A4 pages at traditional font size and spacing.
b.      Contains details of your education, recent exhibitions, awards and commissions.
c.      File format Microsoft Word or PDF or if you have an up-to-date website CV with the same information, please supply the relevant website page address.
