In recent work Pen has been exploring our relationship to the natural world, in particular the hidden mythologies that lie beneath everyday familiar settings. Amongst the motifs you will encounter in her new work are references to mythological figures, both animal and flora. Pen works in oil, acrylic and printmaking on canvas and found papers.
