Sheila creates acrylic paintings and mixed media drawings from her home studio in Edinburgh, and stone lithograph prints at the Edinburgh Printmakers workshop in Fountainbridge. She originally studied physics at university and was a patent attorney for over ten years before doing a part time fine art degree at Edinburgh College of Art, while bringing up her young family. She has been practicing as a freelance artist since 2016, taking part in various exhibitions in Edinburgh and London, as well as creating commissioned paintings for buyers across the UK. She also teaches adult art classes in Marchmont on Monday nights.

Sheila will be exhibiting lithograph prints inspired by wildlife and Edinburgh at the Craw’s Nest Collective.
